This website (including related domains and mobile sites, the "Site") and the services, products, and content provided on the Site are owned and operated by Logi-Serve LLC ("we," "us," or "Logi-Serve"). The Site is configured to allow end users ("Consumer Website Users") to navigate the informational webpages. The services provided through the Site are configured to allow a job position candidate or employee ("Service User(s)"), to participate in the services hosted by Logi-Serve and administered on behalf of Logi-Serve’s client, the organization that will be reviewing the candidate or employee for a job position (the "Organization"). This privacy policy ("Policy") sets forth our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that you provide to us or that we otherwise collect while you are using the Site or related services. We will not use or share your information except as provided by this Policy.
Data Collection
Information automatically received - Certain information about you and your computer is automatically received by our servers when you browse the Site and access the services and products provided through the Site (the "Service(s)"); this information includes, but not limited to: your computer operating system, IP address, browser type and language, MAC address, internet service provider, geographic location, the referrer URL (the last website visited which linked or led to our Site and/or Products), and information about your usage of and actions on our Site and/or Products, such as pages you viewed, access times, and how long you spent on a page.
Information You Provide as a Logi-Serve consumer Website User - As you navigate the Site, you may fill out forms and provide information such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company details, and login credentials for access to the customer portal.
Information You Provide as a Logi-Serve Product User - As you provide responses to the Products, you will be identified through one or more of the following methods: (a) using information such as your name, email address, date of birth, and/or other identifying information, (b) using an identification number assigned to you and provided to us by the Organization (for example, an employee ID number) or (c) using an identification number dynamically generated by the Products.
Cookies
When you visit the Site, or the sites of our partners, we may send you cookies to store your preferences and improve the quality of our service to you. Any cookies may be deleted following each session. Third party services we use for analytics and marketing on the Site may also send you cookies to collect certain information from you. Logi-Serve utilizes the following third-party services for analytics and marketing on the Site:
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Double Click (collectively, "Google"): Google collects anonymous data (ad views, analytics, browser information, cookie data, date/time, demographic data, hardware/software type, internet service provider, interaction data, page views, and serving domains), pseudonymous data (IP Address (EU PII), Device ID (EU PII), PII (name, address, phone number, email address, login, EU- IP address, EU-unique device ID ), sensitive (financial information). Aggregate data, anonymous data, PII data and sensitive data is shared by Google with third-party parties. We use the information we get from Google only to improve this website and for marketing purposes. Google collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this website, rather than your name or other identifying information. Although Google plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this website, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

We use reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. Of course, it is impossible to guarantee the security of data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network. Length of Time Personal Information is Retained
