Service Assessments
The Logi-Serve Service Excellence assessment measures candidates' strengths and weaknesses in terms of nine behavioral competencies linked by 30+ years of scientific research to a wide variety of service-related outcomes (e.g., customer satisfaction, service process efficiency, customer loyalty). These competencies influence how candidates respond to and function in work-related situations in which providing service to others is a critical performance expectation or requirement. This assessment can be helpful in predicting service-related performance for employees working in external (e.g., customer-facing) or internal (e.g., supporting internal needs, service fulfillment) service-related positions. We recommend that you use this assessment if you are primarily focused on screening candidates with respect to their service-oriented strengths and weaknesses.
Sales Assessments
The Logi-Serve Sales Excellence assessment measures candidates' strengths and weaknesses in terms of nine behavioral competencies linked by 30+ years of scientific research to a wide variety of sales-related outcomes (e.g., sales, positive referral, customer satisfaction). These competencies influence how candidates respond to and function in work-related situations in which selling a product, service, contract, or other item is the critical job function. This assessment can be helpful in predicting sales-related performance in roles focused on sales to customers (e.g., B2C) or sales between businesses (e.g., B2B). We recommend that you use this assessment if you are primarily focused on screening candidates with respect to their sales-oriented strengths and weaknesses.
Leadership Potential Assessments
The Logi-Serve Leadership Potential assessment measures candidates' strengths and weaknesses with respect to a core set of nine behavioral competencies linked by 60+ years of scientific research to behaviors identified as critical to operational (i.e., front, mid-, and upper-level, but non-executive) leadership success and effectiveness (as reflected in subordinate productivity, engagement, and attitude metrics, but also as shown in leadership behaviors toward subordinates, including leadership confidence, motivation, and resource management). This assessment provides insight into which candidates are most likely to emerge as and be developed into effective operational leaders. The competencies targeted by this assessment influence how candidates demonstrate leadership potential to manage others to success and are likely to respond to leadership-focused training and development efforts. These competencies also influence how candidates interact with, guide, and support those with whom they work.
